Assalamu alaikkum wa rahmatullahi wa barakathuhu:

ICEV FNO is happy to organize a field trip to “Laser Tag” for Group C, Br. Masud’s class and  group D, Br. Shahir’s class ONLY, in shaa’ Allah. Please see details below.

What: Stratum Laser Tag
When: Friday April 24, 2015
Time: 7:30 PM to 9:15 PM. FNO is not responsible for kids after 9:30 PM
Where: Stratum Laser Tag, 1455 S. Stapley Dr, Suite 11, Mesa, AZ 85204
Cost: $15 per person – if paid by Apr 17th
$16.20 at the door
Parents are responsible for the payment
Waiver form: Please click here ICEV FNO waiver form_FNO Boys lasertag-2015  to find the “Waiver Form”. Parents are required to provide the filled out waiver form along with payment of $15 by April 17, 2015 for the reservation.
* Boys 10 and under should be accompanied by dad.
Kids should be dropped off and picked up from Stratum Laser Tag.
