**Friday Dec. 7th – Semester Completion Day at Arrowhead Meadows Park!

Assalamu Alaikum Wa RahmatuAllah Dear Parents:

ICEV “Friday Night Out” (FNO) youth halaqa fall 2018 semester will be ending on Dec 7th. We would like to invite all families & friends to celebrate the semester completion day on Friday, December 7th at Arrowhead Meadows park, Lion’s club Pavilion, in shaa ‘Allah!

• Time: 5:30-9:00 PM

“PARENTS AND GUARDIANS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN THROUGHOUT THE EVENT”   

Here is the program layout for the evening…

• ⇨ 5:30 PM: Magrib Prayer
• ⇨ 5:45 PM: Greetings/FNO Staff Recognition
• ⇨ 6:00 PM  Dinner
• ⇨ 6:00-9:00 PM: Kids Playing in Obstacle course and bounce house supervised by their own parents the whole time
• ⇨ 9:00 PM: Wrap up time: Everyone is requested to fill in with wrapping up

** We have created a potluck sign-up menu. Each family is requested to bring one item from the sign up list link below as we are estimating 300-350 people InShaa’ Allah. As a reminder, to ensure healthy eating and to avoid any food contamination, food items must be properly washed or cooked and preserved in two containers, one for men side & one for women side.

** ICEV FNO youth halaqa program on each Friday during the semester is run by and relies on committed & dedicated volunteers. In order to have better planning for potluck picnic, we need reliable volunteers for the following areas in the link below.
