FNO timing is 6:45 pm to 8:15 pm

Students are required to check-in at 6:35 pm

ICEV FNO Hours:

Fridays 6:45 PM – 8:15 PM

Students recommended to arrive by 6:35 PM

Please check-in by the Main Gate by scanning your badge before going to your class.

Registration and Payment

New registration is required at the start of each semester. We only register for one semester at a time.

Registration fee is $55 per semester. Pay online before you fill out the admission form.

Student Absence Reporting

If your child is going to miss one or more classes, please let us know in advance by filling out this form here. Please do not send any email for this purpose.

Students with repeated unexcused absences will be removed from the registration and their spot will be given to waiting list students.

Student ID Badges

Each student will be provided with individualized Name Badges on Aug. 18th.

The QR code on badges will be required to check-in to the class (scan the code at the door). Manual sign-in is discontinued.

Please take a picture of your QR code as a backup to scan-in on every Friday in case you misplaced or lost your badge.
