The FNO Spring 2026 semester at ICEV begins Friday, January 16, 2026, and runs through May 8. Below is a summary of the key guidelines and schedule:
Schedule & Attendance
- Duration: Classes run from 6:45 PM โ 8:15 PM (KK class ends at 8:25 PM).
- Ramadan/Eid Break: No classes from February 20 to March 20.
- Check-in: Students must check in via QR code/ID badge at the courtyard by 6:35 PM.
- Absences: Report absences at https://icevfno.com/absence-reporting/. Three consecutive unexcused absences will result in removal from the program.
Arrival & Dismissal
- Drop-off: Do not drop off children before 6:30 PM. Parents are not allowed inside the Masjid during session hours (6:45 PM โ 8:15 PM).
- Pick-up: Parents must wait behind the rails in the courtyard at 8:15 PM. Do not enter the Masjid for pick-up.
- Shoes: All shoes must be placed on designated racks; those left on the floor will be moved to a bin.
Parking & Safety
- Traffic Flow: Enter the dirt lot from Alma School Road and exit only via Erie Street (South side).
- Conduct: Drive slowly and obey safety patrol volunteers.
- Volunteering: Fathers staying at the Masjid are encouraged to apply for the Safety Patrol via the Admin desk.
Policies & Contact
- Discipline: Disruptive behavior follows a “Verbal Warning > Parent Meeting > Suspension/Termination” progression.
- Non-Registered Children: Must not be left unattended in the lobby or Masjid.
