ICEV FNO Hours:

Fridays 6:45 PM – 8:15 PM

Students recommended to arrive by 6:35 PM

Please check-in by the Main Gate by scanning your QR code before going to your class.

Registration and Payment

New registration is required at the start of each semester. We only register for one semester at a time.

Registration fee is $65 per semester. Pay online before you fill out the admission form.

Upcoming Events

Friday, Oct 9, 2026: Fall Break – no classes

Friday, Nov 27, 2026: Thanksgiving Break – no classes

Friday, Dec 11, 2026: Last day of Fall semester

Student Absence Reporting

If your child is going to miss one or more classes, please let us know in advance by filling out this form here. Please do not send any email for this purpose.

Students with repeated unexcused absences will be removed from the registration and their spots will be given to waiting list students.

Student ID Badges and QR codes

Each student will be provided with individualized QR code via parents’ email.

The QR code will be required to check-in to the class (scan the code at the door).

Please take a screen-shot of your QR code to scan-in on every Friday.
