FNO Youth Halaqa is in Session (Jan 17 – May 16)

FNO on February 28 has been cancelled due to the Taraweeh event on the same evening!

Dear Parents and students:

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah:

ICEV FNO Youth Halaqa program is in session, from January 17th to May 16th. There will be a Ramadan + Eid break from March 1st to April 4th, and the session will resume on April 11th, In Shaa Allah.

We continue to look forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure our children achieve their highest potential. We recognize that to build a stronger Muslim identity, our children need support from both home and the Masjid. We know a strong partnership with you will greatly impact your child’s upbringing. As partners, we share the responsibility for our children’s success and want you to know that we will do our best to carry out our responsibilities. We ask that you guide and support your child’s learning by ensuring that he/she:

1) Attends youth Halaqa program every week and arrives on time, ready for the day’s learning experience

2) Practices daily to develop a love for learning and benefit from it

3) Share Halaqa experiences with you so that you are aware of his/her FNO Halaqa life

4) Inform staff if he/she needs additional support in any area

5) Knows that you expect him/her to succeed in both Dunia and Akhirah

6) Knows the proper manners for being in the house of Allah and acts respectfully with fellow students and teachers

I am attaching a link to our Parents and Students Handbook: Handbook – FNO ParentStudent so you and your child can review them together.
