Skate Land Field Trip
ICEV FNO is happy to organize a Skate land field trip for boys and girls, Group A and B , Sr Hiba’s class ONLY, in shaa’ Allah. Please see details below.
What: Skate land
When: Friday, May 1 st, 2015
Time: 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. FNO is not responsible for kids after 8:30 PM
Where: Skate land, 1101 W Ray Rd, Chandler, AZ 85224
Cost : $6.00 if paid by April 24th ( paid by Parents) .
Waiver : Click here “Skate land Waiver Form” for “Waiver Form”. Parents are required to provide the filled out waiver form along with payment of $6.00 by April 24, 2015 for the reservation.
* Kids should be dropped off and picked up to & from Skate Land by their parents.
* Kids should be accompanied by a parent during the event.
* FNO is NOT responsible for any kids after 8:30 PM.
